We Are Still Celebrating

It's been a good few days for just announced "Maxell Song of the Year" winner, Matt Cusson, and that's because the "Maxell Song of the Year" award is the highest honor bestowed in the contest, as well as the most highly anticipated accolade of the year at the John Lennon Songwriting Contest.

The winner of this highly sought-after prize receives a $20,000 check courtesy of the Maxell Corporation, an Apple Mac Pro, Cinema Display, a Mackie Mixer, a pair of Mackie Studio Monitors, and Logic Pro Software and a $250 gift certificate, for each band member, to Digital Media Academy. 

Now that's a HUGE honor and grand prize- literally.

So, once again, congrats to Matt Cusson. Your gifted talent and true devotion to your passion for music has led you to win this well-deserved title.
